• A very thorough walkthrough inspection at the end of the project, where we will show you pictures taken from above, so you can see inside all of the gutter installed, and ascertain we in fact installed the hangers every 2 ft apart and have the back of the gutter tucked behind and under the drip-edge, both of these technical aspects are paramount for a strong and long lasting seamless gutter system!
• We provide a 20 year warranty certificate on parts and labor, and unlike most other gutter companies, which void the warranty if you were to sell the house, instead, our warranty certificate stays with the house address regardless of the owner, meaning it automatically applies to new owners if you were to sell the house, this is a major plus!
• We have Liability Insurance for 1 Million Dollars and can provide you with the Certificate of Insurance! (in the state of Texas, no License is neither offered nor required for Gutter installations, so we couldn't get a license as there is none available for this trade in Texas)

We are not in the business or nickel and diming our loyal customers, that's why we provide:

• Complementary replacement of small sections of 1x2 shadow board when they are rotted, in order to ensure the gutter will have a strong attachment point without you having to spend more!
• Cement 18" inch splash block at the base cost of only $9 each! (they cost $18 at other retailers) they help to drain the water coming out of the downspout further away from the foundation and prevent erosion
• Downspout extensions such as Flex-Drain and Stealth-Flow at their base cost! no mark-up!

If you drive around your neighborhood and take a moment to park and look at different houses that have gutter, you will notice all too frequently there are downspouts placed in a way where the water has no way of naturally flow away from the foundation by gravity and terrain slope, such as when the downspout is draining into a flower bed or enclosed section, or on the side of the house, where the access alley is very narrow and the terrain is flat, or even worse, it is sloping towards the house! and yet, some downspouts are installed in such places where they act in the detriment of the house!
